John Deere Model 4020


John Deere's Model 4020 was made to reconstruct the Model 4010. The 4020 began with a six-cylinder engine, capable of 96 horsepower and their Syncro series transmission. Model 4020 was the pattern in the 4020s and let users operate at 8 advancing speeds and 2 backwards speeds. The Model 4020 was the most successful tractor of its time and was ultimately superseded by the 4230 in 1972.

Ford Model 8N

Ford began building the 8N tractor in 1947. The tractor came equipped with a 4-speed transmission and a position-control setting for the hydrostatics. The tractor savoured success until 1953 when Ford substituted it with Golden Jubilee, liked as the Ford NAA.

John Deere Model B

John Deere built the Model B for row-crop farmers who didn't need a tractor as high as the Model A. The Model B was produced for nearly 20 years and can be divided into three distinct categories. The original, early styled and the late styled versions. 

Farmall Model M

International Harvester's Farmall tractor Model M was the row-crop type of the McCormick-Deering W-6. Model M manufactured from 1939 to 1954. The M series of tractors came in various arrangements including the MD, the company's first diesel tractor. The tractor had to be ignited with gasoline and slowly shifted to diesel after heating up the entire engine.

John Deere Model A

Model A was a true row-crop tractor ever made by John Deere. It was built between 1934 and 1952 solely to contend with the tractor of Farmall. John Deere's Model A tractor was the company's first to come directly from the factory with rubber tires. Deere built a total of 300,000 Model A. 

Massey Ferguson 399

Massey Ferguson delivered the 399 tractors in 1987 and it became the most influential of all the 300 Series tractors they delivered. Powered with 97 horsepower engine with timely development increased to 104 hp and later 125/130 hp from 1994 to 1996.
